Once we’ve finalized the details, we’ll provide a contract and require a 15% deposit to secure your booking. Let us take care of the entertainment while you focus on enjoying your event!

Our artists come fully equipped with all the necessary audio and stage lighting equipment to cater to events of up to 200 guests. This ensures a seamless performance with high-quality sound and an engaging atmosphere. For larger events, please get in touch, and we can discuss additional equipment rental to accommodate your needs and create the perfect setup for your event.

Many of our artists regularly perform at public gigs. If you'd like to see your preferred act live before your event, just reach out to us via the contact form, and we'll be happy to share their upcoming performance schedule.

Ivy Entertainment ensures that all our acts are covered by full Public Liability Insurance (PLI) up to £5 million. Documentation will be provided to all clients upon booking. We also supply all professional equipment in excellent working order, with PAT testing certification available upon request.

All of our bands are sound limiter-friendly, meaning they can perform seamlessly at venues with sound level restrictions. Our acts are equipped with high-end digital sound systems and have the option of electric drum kits, ensuring an outstanding performance while staying within the venue’s sound limits. If your venue has a sound limiter in place, please let us know in advance. Our team is highly experienced in working with these systems, but it’s essential that we are informed prior to your event so we can bring the appropriate equipment to deliver the best possible show.
